At Evolve Projects, we take pride in guiding you through every step of the building journey with transparency, expertise, and care. Our process is structured into three key phases to ensure a smooth and successful project from start to finish.
Phase One
Concepts & Preliminary
We start with a simple enquiry form, followed by a friendly call to understand your goals. Cory will meet you on-site to chat through your ideas, design options, and any approvals needed. Once you're ready, we’ll sign a Preliminaries contract and begin with concept drawings, soil testing, and engineering. This lays the groundwork for your detailed, fixed-price quote.
Phase Two
Pre-Construction & Quote
We prepare a thorough, fixed-price quote based on your plans and selections. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll draft the building contract and handle all required permits and compliance paperwork—setting the stage for a smooth build.
Phase Three
Construction & Build
With everything approved, we break ground. You’ll be kept in the loop through each stage: Base, Frame, Lockup and Fix Out. Once complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough and hand over your new space, along with all warranty and maintenance details.
